Online Studio Manager - Sapient
Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of the Web design and development studio including scheduling, work flow and assigning of projects. - Sets-up and maintains weekly production meetings to check status of jobs and to identify and subsequently fill “open” project needs - Keeps a strict record of time and hours worked of the studio designers to assist with proper billing / studio capacity / planning - Provides leadership, support and direction to the production team including being responsible for development and performance of the studio staff. Participating in performance appraisals and corrective action +recommend wage and promotional actions - Works with PM team to understand client and project requirements
